We removed existing stucco, siding, brick, and fiberboard, replacing it with James Hardie fiber cement siding (pre-finished in standard stock color). As part of the preparation, we installed 7/16” OSB sheathing to provide a solid substrate for the siding. The installation included Hydro-Gap house wrap, Azek 5/4 x 4 outside corners, window tape, and protective metal flashing for windows. Stainless ring shank nails secured the siding, with touch-up paint and caulking applied as needed.
We removed all existing gutters and reinstalled them after installing new Triple 3 1/3" vented soffits in white and aluminum fascia. Soffit boards were removed or cut to improve ventilation. The project excluded the reinstallation of LeafGuard systems, with an optional service available if requested.
We installed 6” seamless gutters made from durable .032 gauge material in a stock color, along with 3+4 downspouts and elbows. The system was securely attached using hidden hangers, with miters added where necessary for proper drainage.
We replaced an old round window with a Paradigm 8300 series triple-unit window featuring tilt wash functionality, in-glass grids, and a half screen. The installation included proper caulking, insulation, and cleanup. Window tape was applied on the exterior for added tightness before siding installation.
We framed a 108” x 80” opening, installing a triple 2x8 header above the door and studding as needed. A Paradigm 8300 series 3-panel sliding glass door was installed with exterior nailing flange tape and insulation
We replaced an existing door with a 32” Therma-Tru Fiberglass Door (S60121W) featuring Salinas Wrought Iron Glass.
A reverse gable roof with a 68” x 3’ frame and 6” overhang was installed over the garage entry door. The structure featured smooth aluminum white trim wrapping the beam and rakes, Triple 3 soffits, and CertainTeed Landmark shingles for a clean, polished finish.
We constructed a 6’ x 6’ reverse gable roof with a 6” overhang over the front door, supported by two composite 6” x 6” columns. The structure featured smooth aluminum white trim, Triple 3 soffits, and CertainTeed Landmark shingles for a balanced aesthetic and structural appeal.
We removed two garage doors and framed the opening for a 10’ aluminum panel garage door with windows. The framing was finished with Azek composite material trim around the door.
We applied wire lath, a cement scratch coat, and a Dryvit finish coat to two chimneys. Drop beads were installed along the roofline to ensure a smooth, durable finish.
This comprehensive set of projects highlights our expertise in exterior renovations and custom installations, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal for lasting results.
