We replaced the home’s exterior with CertainTeed Monogram Double 5 Lap Vinyl Siding in (Herringbone) complemented by Cedar Impression Shingles in (Sterling Gray) The process included removing old siding and house wrap, installing a Henry Drainable house wrap, J-channel, and starter strips for a seamless and durable finish.
Our team installed Triple 3 1/3" vented soffits and aluminum fascia in (Sterling Gray) We ensured proper attic ventilation by cutting airflow holes and adding baffles as needed. Porch soffits were also updated for a cohesive appearance.
We installed 6" seamless gutters in (Sterling Gray), complete with hidden hangers, downspouts, and miters for improved drainage. Existing downspouts were replaced, and any clogged drains were addressed for optimal functionality.
We capped all windows and doors with aluminum trim in (Herringbone) and replaced any rotted wood to ensure a clean, polished look. Smooth dentil blocks were added under the soffits for architectural detail, spaced approximately every 36 inches.
Two new porch posts were installed to complement the updated exterior, adding structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
