New Siding, Roof for a Home in Morgantown,PA

We thoroughly enjoyed working with this homeowner on his remodeling project. Their attention to detail and thoughtful selection of products truly enhanced the outcome of the project.

New Roofing:

• Removed existing shingles, felt paper, drip edge, and disposed of all trash
• Installed new Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles (moire black)
• Added new drip edge, synthetic felt paper, pipe boots, etc.
• Applied Ice & Water shield and installed ridgevent for proper attic airflow.

Standing Seam Roof on Front Porch:

• Replaced existing materials with Standing seam 26 gauge panel (black color)
• Cleaned up and disposed of all trash

New Paradigm 8300 Series Windows

• New Construction windows with Azek trim. " 3 1/2"

Certainteed Monogram Double 5” Clapboard Siding:

• Replaced existing siding with Certainteed double 5” clapboard vinyl siding (Flagstone color)
• Installed new house wrap, light boxes, electric boxes, j-channel, and starter strips
