After deciding it was time to invest some funds into their home, the Dicola's decided to do a complete siding and window replacement project. They were very involved with selection process for colors and product and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them to bring a new look to their home!

✔ Installed new porch cover over front door with white Azek trim
✔ Installed new roof structure over rear deck with white Azek trim
✔ Installed new Marvin back door from 'The Elevate® Sliding Patio Door collection - link
Tom decided to install solid OSB sheathing instead of using the existing fiber board sheathing for better substrate and peace of mind. They decided to go with James Hardie because they preferred the higher quality siding.
