· Installed new 8 1/4" James Hardy fiber cement Cedarmill siding (Navajo Beige), James Hardie straight edge cedar shingle (Navajo Beige) on gable and board & batton (Navajo Beige) siding on garage
· Installed Azek trim around all windows and doors
· Framed larger garage door openings and installed "Pro Door Legacy Collection" garage doors with Azek trim
· Replaced porch posts and beam with composite trims
· Installed white aluminium fascia and CertainTeed Invisivent vented soffit
· Installed Therma-Tru fiberglass front entry door with sidelights and transom, Installed Therma-Tru entry door in garage
· Removed existing windows. Installed New Construction 8300 series Paradigm windows with interior trims. Installed 8300 series Paradigm vinyl sliding door
· 2” stone veneer on chimney and 2 small sections on front of house
· Installed new porch posts and railings
· Installed 6” seamless .032 gutters with leaf guard (gutter RX)
· Installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles (moire black). Installed Standing Seam on front porch and pent roof
· Installed 2 Velux skylights
· Built a custom roof over front entrance door
· Custom pent roof was installed over both garage doors
· New dormer was installed on the garage roof
· 12”Overhangs were added on each gable end
