It was truly a rewarding experience for the Smucker Exteriors team to help a customer transform this garage in West Grove, PA, from old to new. Using top-quality products and experienced craftsmanship, we revitalized the space, ensuring it not only looked modern but also stands the test of time.

Siding, Windows,Doors, Gutters,Fascia & Soffit:

·     Removed existing siding down to 2x4 framing and Installed new sheathing

·     Installed new James Hardie Board & Batton Fiber Cement Siding (White) on front of building and CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl siding on rest of the building

·     Aluminum fascia w/CertainTeed InvisiVent vented soffit

·     Installed new Paradigm 8300 series windows with Azek trim

·     Therma-Tru entry doors, Azek trim around garage doors and entry doors

·     Installed new 6” seamless .032 gutters with Gutter Rx Leaf Guard

New Addition:

·     Demoed existing garage addition and Reframed addition on top of existing block wall with 2x6 framing and 7/16^th sheathing

·     InstalledCertainTeed Monogram Vinyl siding (colonial white)

·     Added new stairs & landing

·     Installed CartainTeed Landmark Pro shingles (black)

‍New Roofing:

·      Removed existing metal roof down to substrate

·      Installed new Galvalume 28 Gauge metal (flat black)
